House auction

Only active premium accounts can bid and receive a house. The minimum character level is 8.

Enter the most you want to pay. The auction raises your bid only as needed, up to your maximum. Earlier bids win ties. Your maximum is private.

The first bid starts a 24-hour auction. Further bids do not extend it.

Payment comes from physical coins in your Ankrahmun depot when the auction is settled. Keep enough for your maximum bid plus 2,440 gp rent. Money is not reserved when you bid. Premium must still be active at settlement.
